Is this our W Delaney family...???? if so why Jane and not Ellen (O'Doherty) .. Jane is too young to be the mother of the oldest children so likely that Ellen Doherty died early in the marriage.. jca.

This is the only William Delaney family found on the 1881 census in Quebec province so is likely the correct one.. jca
